Sealed tenders affixing court fees stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & twenty five paise) only are hereby invited from the registered Computer firms for supply of UPS BATTERIES in the D.C. Office, Tinsukia and the details are given below:

The firms may submit their tender giving the rate along with other accessories.
The tender will be opened on 21st June, 2010 at 11 A.M. The Deputy Commissioner reserves the right to cancel the tender process, reject the bid and modify the terms & conditions of tender without assigning any reason.
Terms & Conditions:-
1. The Items must be delivered within 3 days from the date of issue of the supply order.
2. The quotationer must provide at least one year warranty & AMC against the products supplied.
3. The sealed quotation should be dropped in the Tender Box placed at the reception in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tinsukia during the office hours on working days up to 10:30 AM on 21st June 2010. The quotation will be opened at 11:00 A.M on 21/06/2010. Tender papers have to be submitted in two separate envelopes. One envelope to be marked as technical bid which should include following documents.
I. Copy of authorized dealership certificate.
II. Copy of Firm Registration certificate.
III. Sales Tax clearence certificate.
IV. Income Tax clearance certificate.
V. Bank Draft of Rs. 1,000/- ( One Thousand Only) in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Tinsukia should be submitted along with the tender paper, as security money. The security money deposited by the successful tenderers will be released only after expiry of one year without any interest. However, the security money deposited by the unsuccessful tenderers will be released with out any interest after tender process over.
Second envelope should be marked as financial bid, which should consist of the following details:

4. The order for supply may be placed item wise or in bulk at the sole discretion of the undersigned as deemed fit/ suitable.
